Do you believe the editorial discretion of the big tech firms (i.e. Google, Twitter, Facebook, etc) have taken their power too far? Do you believe they should be more harshly regulated to prevent potential violations of the First Amendment?
They have to decide one way or another. Are they a publishing platform or a technological tool? If they are a technological tool they shouldn't moderate at all. If they are a publishing platform then they have a different responsibility, one for accuracy, much like the so called news outlets.
